MINI MIII PREP
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Tuition reserves a student's seat and staffing allocation.
Missed days, vacations, illnesses, holidays, and student absences do not reduce tuition obligations.
Fees may be updated periodically by MINI MIII PREP.
I understand that enrollment is accepted on a term basis.
Tutoring Programs
School-Year Tutoring Term:
August through May (10 Months)
Summer Tutoring Term:
June through July (2 Months)
Families enrolling in tutoring agree to remain financially responsible through the end of the selected tutoring term.
Microschool Programs
Microschool enrollment is accepted in four (4) month terms.
Term 1:
August – October
Term 2:
November – January
Term 3:
February – April
Term 4:
May– July
Families enrolling in the microschool agree to remain financially responsible through the end of the current enrollment term.
Test Prep Programs
Test prep programs are offered for a specific number of days, sessions, or weeks.
Families enrolling in test preparation agree to remain financially responsible for the entire published program.
Withdrawal Requests
Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
Students may discontinue attendance at any time; however, tuition and fees remain due through the end of the enrolled term.
No refunds will be issued for:
Voluntary withdrawal
Student absences
Missed sessions
Schedule conflicts
Early program termination
Exceptions may be considered for serious medical issues, military transfer, or relocation.
Students are expected to attend regularly and arrive on time.
Excessive absences may impact student progress and continued enrollment.
I understand that participation in educational programs, STEM projects, physical activities, field trips, recreational activities, transportation, and special events involves inherent risks.
I voluntarily assume these risks and release MINI MIII PREP, its employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from liability for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I authorize MINI MIII PREP to obtain emergency medical treatment for my child if a parent or emergency contact cannot be reached.
Students are expected to care for all school property, supplies, technology devices, STEM materials, books, and equipment.
Parents understand that:
Normal wear and tear is expected.
Lost items must be reported immediately.
Intentional damage, vandalism, abuse, theft, destruction, or misuse may result in replacement charges.
MINI MIII PREP reserves the right to invoice families for repair or replacement costs associated with intentionally damaged property.
I authorize my child to participate in approved field trips and off-campus activities.
MINI MIII PREP is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and abuse-free environment.
The following are prohibited:
Physical abuse
Emotional abuse
Sexual misconduct
Bullying
Harassment
Threats
Intimidation
Discrimination
Staff Accountability
Any employee, volunteer, contractor, or representative who is found to have engaged in abuse, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior toward a student may be immediately removed from duties, terminated, reported to appropriate authorities, and prohibited from future participation.
Student Accountability
Students who engage in behavior that threatens the safety of others may be suspended, dismissed, or have enrollment terminated.
Parent Accountability
Parents, guardians, and visitors are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. Threatening or abusive behavior may result in removal from campus and/or termination of enrollment.
Mandatory Reporting
MINI MIII PREP staff are mandatory reporters and will comply with all reporting requirements under applicable law.
I acknowledge receipt of the MINI MIII PREP Parent & Student Handbook and agree to follow all policies and procedures.
I certify that all information provided is accurate and complete.
I understand and agree to the policies, fees, procedures, enrollment commitments, and expectations of MINI MIII PREP.
Fees, programs, schedules, policies, and services are subject to change or update without notice. MINI MIII PREP reserves the right to modify policies, procedures, fees, and program offerings as needed.
I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in all educational activities, classroom activities, STEM projects, recreational activities, outdoor activities, and use of age-appropriate school equipment provided by MINI MIII PREP.
I hereby grant permission for my child to participate in approved field trips, educational outings, community events, and other school-sponsored activities that support the educational mission of MINI MIII PREP. Parents will be notified of dates, destinations, and purposes of scheduled field trips.
I hereby grant permission for my child to be included in student evaluations, assessments, photographs, videos, audio recordings, and educational projects associated with the MINI MIII PREP program, subject to any media release selections made elsewhere in this enrollment packet.
In the event of an emergency, MINI MIII PREP is authorized to take whatever steps are reasonably necessary to obtain emergency medical care for my child.
These steps may include, but are not limited to:
Attempting to contact a parent or legal guardian.
Attempting to contact the child's physician.
Attempting to contact individuals listed on the student's emergency contact form.
If parents, guardians, physicians, or emergency contacts cannot be reached, MINI
MIII PREP may:
a. Contact another licensed physician;
b. Contact emergency medical services (EMS);
c. Contact paramedics;
d. Arrange ambulance transportation;
e. Have the child transported to a hospital or emergency medical facility accompanied by a staff member when appropriate.
5. All medical expenses incurred shall be the responsibility of the parent or guardian.
6. MINI MIII PREP shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or omitted medical information provided by the parent or guardian.
7. MINI MIII PREP assumes responsibility for students only during authorized program hours and after the student has been properly checked in. Responsibility ends when the student has been released to an authorized adult, signed out according to school procedures, or otherwise dismissed under approved school policies.
Office Use Only
MINI MIII PREP strives to provide a safe and supervised environment for all students. Families are expected to pick up students promptly at their scheduled dismissal time.
Dismissal Times
Microschool Dismissal: 2:00 PM
Aftercare Dismissal: 5:00 PM
Tutoring Dismissal: As Scheduled
Parents and authorized pick-up individuals are responsible for arriving on time.
Grace Period
A five (5) minute grace period will be provided for unforeseen delays.
Late Pick-Up Fees
After the five-minute grace period, the following fees will apply:
$1 per minute per student
OR
$15 for the first 15 minutes
$1 per minute thereafter
The fee will be added to the family's account and must be paid before the student may participate in future programs or services.
Emergency Delays
Parents should notify the school as soon as possible if an emergency or unavoidable circumstance will cause a delay.
Notification does not automatically waive late fees but may be considered in extraordinary circumstances.
Chronic Late Pick-Ups
Three (3) or more late pick-ups during a school year may result in:
Required parent conference
Mandatory enrollment in aftercare (if applicable)
Temporary suspension of services
Termination of enrollment at the discretion of administration
Failure to Pick Up a Student
If a student remains at the school and no authorized contact can be reached after reasonable attempts, MINI MIII PREP reserves the right to contact emergency contacts and/or appropriate authorities as necessary to ensure the student's safety.
Parent Acknowledgment
I understand and agree to the MINI MIII PREP Late Pick-Up Policy and accept responsibility for all associated fees.
MINI MIII PREP encourages healthy eating habits that support learning, focus, behavior, and overall student wellness.
Students are encouraged to bring nutritious snacks and lunches that provide sustained energy throughout the school day.
Approved Snack Examples
The following are examples of acceptable snacks:
Fresh fruit
Vegetables
Cheese
Yogurt
Crackers
Pretzels
Trail mix (if allergy-safe)
Granola bars
Popcorn
Applesauce
Rice cakes
Whole grain snacks
Restricted Snack Items
Students may not bring sweets, candy, or sugary snacks for daily snack time.
Examples include:
Candy
Chocolate bars
Lollipops
Gum
Cookies
Cupcakes
Donuts
Cakes
Brownies
Sweet pastries
Ice cream
Sugary breakfast pastries
Energy drinks
Soda
Excessively sugary beverages
These items may be sent home, stored until dismissal, or replaced with an approved snack at the discretion of staff.
Lunch Guidelines
Families are encouraged to pack balanced lunches that include:
Protein
Fruits and vegetables
Whole grains
Healthy snacks
Water or approved beverages
Students should bring sufficient food to support a full day of learning.
Special Celebrations
Birthday treats, holiday celebrations, and special event snacks must be approved by administration in advance.
Parents should notify staff of any planned food items before bringing them to school.
Allergy Awareness
Families are expected to respect food allergy restrictions and any classroom-specific guidelines established for student safety.
Certain foods may be prohibited in classrooms due to student allergies.
I understand and agree to the MINI MIII PREP Food & Snack Policy and will help ensure my child brings appropriate snacks and meals to school.
MINI MIII PREP is a Nut-Free Facility.
To protect students and staff with potentially life-threatening allergies, families may not send foods containing nuts or nut products to school.
Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:
Peanuts
Peanut Butter
Almonds
Cashews
Pecans
Walnuts
Pistachios
Mixed Nuts
Nut-Based Snack Bars
Nut Butters
Foods containing nuts as ingredients
Families are asked to carefully review ingredient labels before sending food to school.
If a food item contains nuts or may contain nuts due to manufacturing processes, it should not be brought to school.
MINI MIII PREP reserves the right to prohibit additional food items as necessary to protect the health and safety of students and staff.
Any food item found to violate the nut-free policy may be removed from student access and returned home at dismissal.
